This premises has been leased out to Military Engineering Wing, The Ministry of Defence, and Government of India. Only 15.69 kanals of land with old structures thereon is in the possession of the UT of J and K. This premises has 75 quarters in which the staff of the Resident Commission and other State Government offices is housed.
Amritsar
The J&K House is located at 2-Court Road, Amritsar. It has 1 VIP rooms and 3 Guest rooms in the main building and 3 rooms in another building besides staff quarters and the Manager’s residence.
Chandigarh
The UT Government of J&K has a building in Sector 17, Chandigarh comprising 4 floors and a basement which is being converted into a Guest House post apportionment of House No. 37 Sector 5-A, Chandigarh to UT of Ladakh.
Mumbai
The office of Assistant Resident Commissioner, Bombay is housed in the World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai Besides, the State Government has a Duplex flat measuring 5672 Sqft. In Haveli Building, Napean Sea Road, Malabar Hills, Mumbai
